Harris downgraded to Market Perform at Cowen
As reported previously, Cowen downgraded Harris to Market Perform from Outperform as they see a heightened risk of foreign tactical RF order delays. The firm believes this could soften the company's already low tactical backlog and RF orders are necessary for the stock to work. Cowen lowered its price target to $90 from $102 on Harris shares.

On The Fly: Top five analyst initiations
Catch up on the today's top five analyst initiations with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Amazon.com (AMZN) initiated with an Outperform rating by William Blair analyst Ryan Domyancic, who said he expects Amazon Web Services to maintain its leading market share position in the infrastructure-as-a-service market, which he notes is forecast to grow to $62B in 2020. The analyst, who also believes Amazon's retail business will continue to take share, thinks Amazon shares could reach $820 in the next twelve months. 2. Harris (HRS) initiated with a Buy at Citi by analyst Jason Gursky, who put a $95 price target on the stock. Improving end-markets and margin expansion support a $900M free cash flow opportunity for the company over the next two years, the analyst said. 3. Core Laboratories (CLB) initiated with an Overweight at JPMorgan by analyst Sean Meakim. The analyst, who calls Core his top small cap pick and put a $120 price target on the stock, said that the company's "breadth of exposures across geography and the capex life cycle is unmatched." 4. ARRIS (ARRS) assumed with a Buy at Jefferies by analyst Geroge Notter, who lowered his price target for the shares to $31 from $40. The company should benefit from an escalating competitive environment around broadband services, the analyst said. 5. Anadarko (APC) assumed with an Overweight at Piper Jaffray by analyst Pearce Hammond, who set a $64 price target on the stock. The analyst believes the stock is an attractive opportunity for long-term, value oriented investors. This list is just a portion of The Fly's full analyst coverage.
