Sprint sees Q2 operating revenues of $8.25B, consensus $7.98B
In a regulatory filing, Sprint disclosed that the company is currently in the process of finalizing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2016. The company expects to report Q2 total net operating revenues of $8.25B, up 3% year-over-year, and wireless net operating revenues of $7.85B, up nearly 5% year-over-year. Sees Q2 net loss of $142M, compared to a net loss of $585M in the year-ago period. The current quarter included a non-cash after-tax gain of $218M related to certain spectrum swaps with other carriers. Sees Q2 adjusted EBITDA of $2.35B, compared to $2.01B in the prior year quarter, an increase of approximately $340M, or 17%. Net cash provided by operating activities was $1.71B in the quarter, compared to $1.67B in the prior year. Cash capital expenditures were $828M, including $470M for network and other and $358M for leased devices.
