Citi downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Macquarie
Macquarie analyst David Konrad downgraded Citi (C) to Neutral saying investors should shift exposure to names that have more leverage to capital markets and increased economic activity and away from global banks. He believes the valuations of global banks may "remain suppressed" amid decreased trade and currency volatility. The analyst has a $57 price target for the shares. Citi closed yesterday up 82c to $55.45. Konrad this morning also upgraded Goldman Sachs (GS) to Outperform and reiterated an Outperform rating on Morgan Stanley (MS).

FleetCor (FLT) upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Wells Fargo with analyst Timothy Willi saying the 13% selloff since the company's third quarter results on November 1 is overdone and presents a buying opportunity.
