CACI announces $79M U.S. Army task order for I2WD support

CACI International announced that it has been awarded a $79M task order by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate to support I2WD's Innovative Intelligence Solutions and Systems Engineering Support program. The three-year task order, awarded under CACI's Technical Information Engineering Services contract vehicle, represents continuing work for the company in its Intelligence Systems and Support market area. I2WD is the Army's center for research and development of advanced cyber operations, electronic warfare, signals intelligence technologies, radar, and intelligence analysis, exploitation, and dissemination capabilities. Under this award, CACI will provide systems engineering support for intelligence solutions and will develop emerging capabilities into mature technologies to address the U.S. Army's evolving intelligence and electronic warfare requirements. Additionally, CACI will leverage a partnership with academia to develop novel and innovative concepts and will apply systems engineering and operational testing to support the cultivation of those new concepts into sophisticated technologies, the company said.
