The analyst remains concerned about the company's fundamentals, however. A sale is a low probability event but can't be ruled out, Dodge tells investors in a research note. The analyst, in a note entitled "Nobody Puts Johnny in a Corner," said the company's takeover defenses are strong and he believes the greatest opportunity is to let founder and CEO Jonathan Bush work on disrupting the status quo in healthcare. World markets closed trading with gains for the month as investors stateside will be looking ahead to Friday's nonfarm payrolls report. Today though they will see the Chicago purchasing manager's report and pending home sales data. The weekly oil numbers, which are normally released on Wednesday, will be delayed until tomorrow due to the Memorial Day holiday. In early trading, Dow futures are 18 points above fair value, Nasdaq futures are 12 points above fair value and S&P futures are 2 points above fair value.
