Stocks have moved deeper into negative territory in afternoon trading and are now near session lows. The move is broad based, with the major indices down in a range from 0.35% to roughly 0.6%. Declining stocks are ahead of advancing stocks by 2:1 while up volume is slightly ahead of down volume. Oil prices are lower by 4% and WTI is back below $45 per barrel as headlines continue to pass regarding the planned OPEC meeting that is nearing.
