Stock index futures are pointing toward a higher open for the broader market, as the pullback of the last several sessions looks set to reverse, at least at the open. While both sides will debate who "won" the first U.S. presidential debate held last night, most seem to agree that the outcome wasn't decisive enough to dramatically alter the course of the race.
