Global Blood Therapeutics (GBT), up 9.5% after the stock was initiated with an Outperform rating at Wells Fargo. LOWER: Regeneron (REGN), down 1.5% after the company's Phase II study evaluating aflibercept co-formulated with rinucumab, an anti-platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta antibody, in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration showed no benefit over aflibercept alone. Shares of Ophthotech (OPHT), which is also focused on developing therapeutics for age-related macular degeneration, are down 14% after Regeneron's trial news...
