Futures trading near fair value

Stock futures are trading near fair value as the market sits atop another new all-time high. The financials continue their torrid gains, helped by better earnings and the potential for regulatory relief and higher interest rates. Oil prices are slightly higher in early trading after a minor bout of profit-taking yesterday. Investors will be watching the weekly Department of Energy inventory report for clues as to the supply/demand balance. In early pre-market trading, Dow futures are 6 points above fair value, Nasdaq futures are 1 point below fair value and S&P futures are essentially flat.
