Stocks move to all-time highs

Stocks have ripped to the upside with new all-time highs for the major averages. The Dow is the biggest winner, up more than 1%. The lone group out of favor is the drug sector, which is lower following remarks by President-elect Trump that he "doesn't like what's happened with drug prices." In addition to the industrials, the Dow transportation index is at an all-time high as well. Advancing stocks are ahead of declining stocks by about 3:1 and up volume is ahead of down volume by a similar margin. Oil prices remain in negative territory, with WTI crude down roughly 1.4%.
