Tesla downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Goldman

Goldman Sachs analyst David Tamberrino downgraded Tesla to Sell from Neutral and lowered his price target for the shares to $185 from $190. The electric carmaker closed Friday up $1.01 to $257.00. The analyst has concerns over the execution of the Model 3 launch, the company's "unproven" solar business as well as its near-term cash needs. A delayed launch and free cash flow burn, likely leading to a capital raise before Q4, will weigh on the shares, Tamberrino tells investors in a research note.
