The movie tells the story of a world-renowned bodyguard who is forced to protect an infamous hitman that is scheduled to testify. With a 38% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, "Hitman's Bodyguard" received a B+ CinemaScore rating by audiences. BOX OFFICE RUNNERS-UP: Warner Bros. (TWX)/New Line's prequel "Annabelle: Creation" finished the weekend in second place, taking in another $15.5M in its second weekend for a domestic total of $64M. Behind it was Steven Soderbergh's "Logan Lucky," with an estimated $8.1M from 3,301 theaters. Warner's "Dunkirk" followed at number four, still going strong with $6.7M for a domestic total of $165.5M. Rounding out the top five, Open Road's "The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature" earned $5.1M.
