Progressive (PGR) upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse with analyst Ryan Tunis citing the announcement of much lower than expected Harvey losses of approximately $230M versus his estimate of $550M. 3. American Airlines (AAL) and Southwest (LUV) were upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Raymond James. 4.
