Futures are a bit lower after North Korea responded to new sanctions from the U.S. with new threats that it may consider a nuclear test of "unprecedented scale" in the Pacific. Also weighing on the market is the continued slide in Apple (AAPL), which is lower again pre-market trading amid reviews for its newest iPhone and signs that buyers may be on hold as they wait for the high-end iPhone X to hit the market. In pre-market trading, Dow futures are 11 point below fair value, Nasdaq futures are 13 points below fair value and S&P futures are 3 points below fair value.
