The analyst found Progressive kiosks inside two Walmart Supercenters. He believes the partnership strengthens the outlook for Progressive's EBITDA contribution and the price of Aaron's shares. Mitchell keeps Aaron's as a top idea with a Buy rating and $38 price target.
