Roth Capital raised Buy rated Applied Optoelectrics' price target to $25 following the positive Q2 preannouncement. The firm said management commentary was positive on datacenter demand trends for 40Gbps optical transceivers, new 25Gbps laser ramp, and easing production constraints.
