BofA/Merrill downgraded Apple to Neutral with a $130 price target saying a slowdown in iPhone growth could pressure shares over the near-term. Apple's revenue growth will slow down significantly as iPhone growth decelerates and other initiatives like Apple Watch, Apple Pay and Apple Music take time to gain traction, BofA/Merrill tells investors in a research note. Further, iPhone share gains in China, which now account for 25% of the phone's sales, are going to be harder to come by, the firm believes. Shares of Apple continued their selloff yesterday and closed down $3.80 to $114.64.
