Bernstein believes that Apple's new iPhone SE could enable the company to obtain revenue from consumers who had previously bought used iPhones. The firm says that Apple obtains zero revenue from the sale of used iPhones. Bernstein believes that iPhone unit sales should grow in fiscal 2017, as long as replacement rates do not drop significantly. It keeps a $135 price target and Outperform rating on the shares.
