Pacific Crest analyst Andy Hargreaves says that Apple's Services revenue will probably decelerate significantly going forward. The analyst says that App Store revenue growth has probably peaked, as App Store revenue per iPhone user looks set to drop. Meanwhile, Apple Music is probably unprofitable and all other services have had a compound annual growth rate of 3% over the last three years, according to Hargreaves. He keeps a $145 price target and a Sector Weight rating on the stock.
