RBC Capital analyst Amit Daryanani now expects the next version of Apple's iPhone to launch in October, versus earlier versions of the device which launched in September. As a result, he thinks that the company's September quarter and fiscal 2017 results could miss expectations. However, the analyst continues to expect the company's fiscal 2018 EPS to beat expectations, and he continues to be upbeat on the comp-any's overall outlook. Daryanani keeps a $168 price target and an Outperform rating on the stock.
