Macquarie analyst Benjamin Schachter writes that while he has been very bullish on Apple Services segment of Apple over the past several years, too much of that growth has come from gaming - particularly games in China - estimated to drive 35% of the total Services profit growth since 2015. The analyst says he is increasingly concerned about signs of a slowdown in China games, adding that it may not be offset by growth in the non-games component of Apple Services. Schachter keeps his Outperform rating and $188 price target on Apple.
