After Elliot Management Corp, reported it had taken a 2.5% stake in The Advisory Board with total exposure to its stock of about 5.8%, SunTrust analyst Sandy Draper says this development "will lead to exploration of a possible buyout." The analyst estimates that the company could be bought for $45-$50 per share. He raises his price target on the name to $45 from $40 and keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
