BofA/Merrill analyst Isabella Simonato downgraded AmBev to Underperform and cut tis price target to $4.30 from $5.40 citing "very weak" Q3 beer volumes in Brazil, mid-teens cost inflation in Brazil, and decelerating earnings growth.
