Compass Point analyst Rommel Dionisio cut his revenue estimates for FY20 and FY21 for Aurora Cannabis and lowered his price target on the stock to $2 from $5 given continued pricing pressure and the slow pace of retail store openings in the Canadian market combined with management uncertainty following the just announced leadership change. However, Aurora could potentially achieve breakeven results by the end of calendar 2020 or early calendar 2021 with the realization of cost savings it just announced combined with the recent advent of Cannabis 2.0 products in Canada, said Dionisio, who keeps a Neutral rating on Aurora shares.
