Baird said the Medicaid ruling which eliminates the historically discriminatory IMD exclusion sets up an accelerating growth profile for both Acadia (ACHC) and Universal Health (UHS) by expanding their addressable market by 7-9%. The firm expects both company's shares to rally and reiterated Outperform ratings on both Acadia and Universal Health.
