Sterne Agee CRT downgraded Arch Coal to Neutral on expectations the company will have to restructure, which will negatively impact valuation. The firm said metallurgical and thermal coal shipments have been pressured by current oversupply of coal, which has added to margin uncertainty and the timing of a recovery.
