Stifel analyst Patrick Ho last night upgraded Axcelis to Buy from Hold with an unchanged price target of $31. Last week's selloff on concerns of the company's operating model revision and its margin profile targets is overblown, Ho tells investors in a research note. He believes the stock at current levels provides an attractive entry point. The analyst continues to believe that overall WFE spending has upside potential.
