After Accenture announced that it had acquired three companies in the last week, SunTrust says that the company's acquisition of the 66% stake in Solium that it didn't own will enable it to provide Solum's products to more of its customers, while enhancing its hybrid-cloud and mobility capabilities. The firm says that the acquisition of EnergyQuote JHA will enable it to expand to many new verticals in the energy sector, while its acquisition of d digital marketing and creative studio/user-experience firm Chaotic Moon will enable it to expand its digital capabilities, and add approximately 200 talented employees. SunTrust keeps a Buy rating.
