First Analysis analyst Lawrence Berlin downgraded Acxiom to Equal Weight and lowered its price target to $30 from $33 folloiwng the announcement to acquire Arbor and Circulate for about $140M. The analyst is taking a more cautious view toward the acquisitions given integration risk, combined with what appears to be high valuation paid.
