Baird analyst Rob Oliver raised his price target to $260 from $240 on Adobe shares following its announcement of a deal to buy private-equity owned Magento for $1.6B. The analyst said Magento is one of the leading e-commerce platforms and fills a gap in Adobe's Experience Cloud offering. The analyst, who sees the deal better positioning Adobe to be competitive against other cloud companies, reiterated his Outperform rating on Adobe shares.
