Citi analyst Walter Pritchard lowered his price target for Adobe to $299 following last night's fiscal Q4 results. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company's growth drivers appear broad enough to sustain growth "higher for longer," Pritchard tells investors in a post-earnings research note where he raised his estimates modestly. At the same time, however, he says the multi-year stock performance will be impacted by degree to which Pritchard needs to acquire in Experience Cloud, "where structural margins are lower and the sector is more competitive."
