Lake Street said Advanced Emissions weakness related to the Supreme Court decision on MATS is overdone. The firm said Advanced Emissions' RC business is tax-credit driven and not by MATS compliance. The firm said shares are not fully capturing the $21 per share value of the RC business and giving no value to the M-Prove business. Shares are Hold rated given low clarity on restatement activity.
