Oppenheimer analyst Rick Schafer raised his price target on Analog Devices to $110 and kept his Outperform rating after its Q2 earnings beat, saying the Industrial segment was particularly strong with double digit annual growth. The analyst further notes that the channel inventory has been flat at 7.5 weeks, while the company's gross margins of over 71% is the best among its peers. Schafer estimates that Analog Devices may reach its 2-times leverage target as soon as the current quarter, which could open the door for buybacks.
