Argus analyst David Coleman upgraded ARcher Daniels to Buy and set a price target of $54 citing valuation and management's optimistic outlook for 2H 2016. The analyst expects stronger earnings in the coming quarters from strength in the sweeteners and starches business, increased demand for curshed soybeans, cost reduction programs, and a weaker US dollar.
