Wedbush analyst Steve Koenig lowered the firm's price target on Autodesk to $190 from $204 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst acknowledges that the company posted a "fairly solid" Q4. Although ARR continued to decelerate as the model transition recedes in the rear-view mirror, the company appeared to execute and guide in line with the trend, after a rocky mid-year performance, he notes. While the company's results make him incrementally a bit more positive, Koenig continues to see demand-side risks given Autodesk's exposure to Asia-Pacific and manufacturing. He also acknowledges management commentary about the company's resilience to COVID-19 related impacts, but thinks Autodesk's complexion creates more risk than horizontal software issues.
