Goldman analyst Doug Clark downgraded ADTRAN to Sell from Neutral and lowered his price target to $17 from $18 due to risks presented by normal capex volatility, stimulus programs, and limited margin upside, as well as advancements in 5G and fixed wireless broadband that could challenge ADTRAN's wireline broadband access business.
