H.C. Wainwright analyst Swayampakula Ramakanth lowered his price target for Advaxis to $2 following the company's Q3 results but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst believes the company has sufficient cash to fund its operations into the second half of 2019, and his new price target reflects expected dilution from the $20M equity raise on September 11.
