Citi analyst James Shuck upgraded Aegon to Neutral from Sell with an unchanged price target of EUR 4.09. The process of industrializing capital allocation at insurers has not yet been rewarded but is fully underway, Shuck tells investors in a research note. He believes this should drive less earnings volatility for European Insurance names as well as better cash management.
