After American Eagle provided lower than expected Q1 EPS guidance, BMO Capital analyst John Morris says that the guidance is consistent with weakness across the retail sector. However, the analyst expects the company's competition to ease this year, and he says that the guidance doesn't bake in any improvements in March and April. He trimmed his price target on the shares to $18 from $21, but he thinks the stock has reached an attractive entry point.
