UBS analyst Jay Sole believes American Eagle's Aerie brand is the most underappreciated growth brand in Softlines. He expects the brand to become a $2B brand from its current $700M today and he believes the American Eagle brand is much stronger than the market realizes. Sole said American Eagle is very inexpensive and he reiterated his Buy rating and $28 price target on the shares.
