Loop Capital analyst Laura Champine kept her Buy rating and $27 price target on American Eagle after its in-line Q4 results and comps growth of 6%, which was also in line with its holiday report. The analyst notes that the lower than expected earnings forecast for Q1 is driven by higher than anticipated expenses, but also believes that the stock is inexpensive at 12.5-times her expected FY19 earnings estimate.
