Citi analyst Ralph Giacobbe started Aetna with a Buy rating and $180 price target and added the shares to his firm's Focus List. The analyst calls Aetna his new top pick in Managed Care. The company is a "strong diversified" health insurer that is well positioned to capture lives within its government segment, Giacobbe contends.
