Baird analyst Whit Mayo noted Almost Family announced a secondary offering of shares, which will ultimately prove to be dilutive by about 14%. The analyst said his thesis remains unchanged; that organic growth should inflect, CHS earnings power is under-appreciated, 2017 M&A could break out, and its valuation remains attractive. Mayo reiterated his Outperform rating and $55 price target on Almost Family shares.
