Boenning & Scattergood analyst Robert Farnam downgraded Atlas Financial following the preannouncement of the significant loss reserve charge in Q4 and the expected decline in year-end 2017 book value per share to $7.25-$8.00, down from $11.96 in September. The analyst expects shares to trade down significantly on the news and would like to see results settle down before recommending shares again.
