After Allergan (AGN) acquired he exclusive worldwide rights to Merck’s (MRK) small molecule oral calcitonin gene-related peptide, or CGRP, receptor antagonists, BMO Capital says the deal is wise. The firm notes that Allergan's botox was the worldwide leader in migraine therapy, and the firm thinks the company needed to obtain a CCRGP if it wanted to continue to provide migraine treatments. BMO keeps an Outperform rating on Allergan.
