UBS analyst Robin Farley downgraded Ashford Hospitality to Sell citing concerns over the company's "significant" leverage and a belief that exposure to Washington DC and Houston could continue to pressure RevPAR trends. Farley lowered her price target for shares to $6.50 from $9.
