As previously reported, Baird analyst Michael Bellisario downgraded Ashford Hospitality to Neutral from Outperform. The analyst cited its highly leveraged capital structure, which he believes limits its ability to pursue value additive acquisitions, along with higher interest costs and the likelihood of additional sales to be less accretive given its increased share price. Bellisario raised his price target to $8 from $7 on Ashford Hospitality shares.
