UBS analyst Nick Yulico downgraded Aimco to Neutral saying the departure of CFO Ernie Freedman is a negative catalyst for shares. Takeout sentiment could be "dampened" with the news, while a change at CEO, which some investors are hoping for, seems more further out now, Yulico tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for shares to $38 from $43.
