UBS noted that on Akamai's investor call management said the trend is toward outsourcing CDN, pricing declines have been stable, the shift to video requires quality bandwidth, renewal rates are above 20%, and its traffic growth should accelerate as video becomes a larger part of the mix. UBS reiterated its Buy rating on Akamai shares and raised its price target on the stock to to $88 from $79.
