After Akamai reported in-line Q2 revenue but lower than expected adjusted EBITDA, Oppenheimer says the miss was caused by the company's spending on expanding its network. The firm thinks the company's margins probably bottomed last quarter, but it does not expect OTT video to accelerate for another year. Oppenheimer thinks the company should deliver strong 2016 results but it keeps a Perform rating on the shares.
